Our Story
About ze999 — Built for Pakistan's Online Gaming Community
ze999 is an English-language online gaming platform designed from the ground up for Pakistani players. We believe every user deserves clear information, fair terms, and the tools to play responsibly — whether they're placing a PSL bet in Lahore or spinning slots late at night in Karachi.
Who We Are
The ze999 Story
ze999 was created to address a gap that Pakistani players felt every time they visited a generic offshore gambling site — confusing interfaces built for other markets, currency displays that meant nothing in PKR, and customer support that had never heard of PSL or a JazzCash account.
We set out to build something different. A platform that speaks English naturally, displays balances in Pakistani Rupees, covers the sports that matter most in Pakistan — cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, and football — and references familiar local payment rails that Pakistani users interact with every day, such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major bank transfers.
ze999 does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim that gambling is legal under Pakistani law. We operate as an online gaming information platform and strongly encourage all users to understand and comply with applicable local regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Our content is for adults aged 18 and above — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction.
"Our goal is simple: give Pakistani players access to a world-class English-language gaming platform that actually understands their context — their sport, their cities, their currency, and their right to play responsibly."
Our Journey
The idea behind ze999 took shape from extensive research into what Pakistani online gaming users actually needed — an English-language home with local context and transparent information.
Recognising that most Pakistani users access the internet via mobile, ze999 was built with a mobile-first layout from day one — optimised for 4G connections across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
ze999 launched with a full English-language interface, PKR balance display, cricket and PSL betting coverage, live casino games, and a responsible gambling framework built into the core platform.
ze999 continues to expand its game library, improve withdrawal processes, add new educational content, and refine its responsible gambling tools based on player feedback from across Pakistan.
What Drives Us
Our Mission & Core Values
At ze999, everything we build is guided by a clear set of commitments — to our users, to transparency, and to responsible gaming in the Pakistani market.
Our Mission
To deliver the clearest, most informative, and most locally relevant online gaming experience for Pakistani users — entirely in English, with PKR support, cricket focus, and responsible gambling tools built in from the start.
Transparency First
No hidden fees, no jargon-heavy bonus terms buried in fine print. ze999 presents wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, and platform rules in clear, plain English so every player understands exactly what they're agreeing to.
Responsible Play
Gambling should always be entertainment, never a financial plan. ze999 provides deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. We actively promote responsible gambling across all areas of the platform.
Security & Privacy
All user data and transactions are protected with TLS/SSL encryption. We apply KYC and AML procedures as required, and we never sell personal data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Community & Support
Pakistani players deserve real support from people who understand their context. ze999 offers live chat and email support in English, with Urdu-speaking agents available on request. We aim for a 24–48 hour email response window on business days.
Cricket & Sports Focus
Pakistan's passion for cricket — from PSL to ICC World Cups — sits at the heart of ze999's sports coverage. We provide broad market depth for cricket, football, UFC and other sports that Pakistani audiences follow closely.
Local Commitment
Our Commitment to Pakistani Users
Pakistan is not an afterthought for ze999 — it is the entire reason this platform exists. From the moment we started planning the platform, every decision was filtered through one question: does this work for a player in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad using a mobile phone on a standard mobile data connection?
We understand that Pakistani users are used to interacting with Easypaisa and JazzCash for everyday payments, that they know Raast as a modern instant-payment rail, and that HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are familiar banking names. We reference these payment providers as familiar local context only — ze999 does not claim any of them endorse, support, or affiliate with gambling activities.
We know that Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5) matters for live in-play betting. We know that a PSL final in Lahore is more important than any European league match. We know that the ICC Cricket World Cup brings an entire country to a standstill. This local understanding is baked into everything we do at ze999.
English-Language Platform — Always
Every page, every prompt, every error message and every support response is written in clear English suited for Pakistani readers. We are not a translated platform — ze999 was written in English from the ground up. Urdu is available as a support language option, but the platform itself remains in English.
PKR Balance Display
Your balance is shown in Pakistani Rupees. No USD conversions, no confusing exchange rates — PKR 1,000 means PKR 1,000.
Mobile-First Design
Designed for the Android and iOS devices most commonly used across Pakistan. Fast loading on 4G and stable on 3G connections.
Cricket & PSL First
PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and Pakistan national team fixtures are given priority coverage with the deepest available betting markets.
Pakistan Standard Time
All event schedules, match times and live betting timers are displayed in PKT (UTC+5) so there is never any confusion about when a match kicks off or ends.
Player Wellbeing
Our Responsible Gambling Commitment
ze999 takes responsible gambling seriously. We believe that online gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress, financial pressure, or harm. That belief shapes every feature we build and every piece of content we publish.
Our platform includes a full suite of player-protection tools: deposit limits that cap how much you can fund your account over daily, weekly, or monthly periods; session timers that remind you how long you have been playing; cooling-off periods that temporarily restrict access; and self-exclusion options for players who need a longer break.
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, please use these tools — or seek support from a recognised organisation. Visit our Responsible Gambling page for more detail.
18+ Only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. ze999 is strictly an adults-only platform. Age verification is part of the KYC process. Underage gambling is prohibited.
Set daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you deposit.
Reality-check alerts after set play intervals.
Temporary account access restriction of days or weeks.
Longer-term account closure for players who need a break.
