Terms & Conditions — ze999 Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ze999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "ze999") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or makes use of the ze999 platform available at ze999.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or services operated under the ze999 brand.

ze999 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform developed for users in Pakistan and other permitted markets. The platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino products, slot games, crash games, and related gaming services as made available by the operator from time to time.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using ze999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you are accessing ze999 in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted and that you are doing so voluntarily, with full awareness of the applicable laws in your location.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account held on the ze999 platform, created during the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a User's Account, expressed in the account currency (PKR or as otherwise configured).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based credits awarded to a User under a specific promotion.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money into a User's Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, comprising identity and address verification steps required by the operator before processing withdrawals or on reasonable suspicion of fraud.
• "Platform" means the ze999 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated digital services.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the ze999 platform is prohibited by applicable law or operator policy.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet value that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money balance from a User's Account to a payment method registered to that User.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ze999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, or scripts may not register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined by the operator's current terms and applicable licensing conditions.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any of the above, of ze999 or its affiliated operators, where such persons are expressly excluded from eligibility.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended, closed, or excluded by ze999 or any affiliated operator for breach of terms or misuse.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only on the ze999 platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — including accounts opened in different names, with different email addresses, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information should it change at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ze999 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

ze999 is required to implement Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") procedures in accordance with the requirements of its applicable operating license and responsible business practices. These procedures are designed to protect both Users and the integrity of the platform.

ze999 may request that you provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after a significant cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or on reasonable suspicion of identity fraud:

• Government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of wallet, bank statement showing account holder name)
• Source of funds declaration where required by operator policy

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. ze999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending verification and, where fraud or identity theft is confirmed, to report such incidents to relevant authorities and forfeit the associated balance.

Deposits into your ze999 Account must be made using payment methods currently available and listed within the platform's cashier section. ze999 does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific payment method. Users should confirm current deposit options by logging into their Account.

Familiar local payment references for Pakistani users include mobile wallet services (such as those associated with Easypaisa and JazzCash), instant payment infrastructure (such as Raast), and conventional bank transfer through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are cited for contextual familiarity only. ze999 does not claim that any of these payment providers endorse, support, or affiliate with ze999 or gambling activities. Availability, transaction limits, and processing rules are set by the respective providers and may vary.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable transaction fees are displayed within the platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time at the operator's discretion.

ze999 may offer various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only and may be restricted by jurisdiction, payment method, game type, or other criteria as specified.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a User's Account as a separate balance and may only be used for wagering. They are not withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the relevant promotion. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings accumulated with them.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.
• ze999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

Users may request withdrawals of real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement) at any time via the cashier section of the platform. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The User must have completed all outstanding KYC verification requirements.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the User's name. ze999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing timelines vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. ze999 does not represent that any withdrawal method operates as "instant" without exception.
• ze999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

All betting and gaming activity on ze999 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published within the relevant game or betting interface. In addition, the following general principles apply to all gaming activity:

• Bets and wagers placed are final once confirmed. ze999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets unless a material system error is demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the integrity of a game round or sports event result, ze999 reserves the right to void all bets associated with that event or round.
• Odds, prices, and game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the platform are indicative and may be subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• ze999 does not claim any official affiliation with the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board), PSL, ICC, or any sports league, team, or governing body referenced in its sports betting content.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time by the odds provider. ze999 accepts no liability for any loss of opportunity arising from market suspension.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the ze999 platform:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting or arbitrage using promotional funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ze999 staff, support agents, or other Users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral of evidence to relevant law enforcement authorities.

ze999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a means of generating income or escaping personal difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic session termination after a defined period of play.
• Cool-Off Period: Impose a temporary restriction on your Account access for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the platform, during which Account access will be suspended.

Once a self-exclusion or cool-off period is activated, ze999 will take reasonable steps to ensure it is upheld. Users under self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering a new Account. Such behaviour constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All content on the ze999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ze999 or its content and technology licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, transmit, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of ze999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze999 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or corruption of data resulting from use of the platform.
• Any service interruption, downtime, or inability to access the platform.
• Third-party acts or omissions, including payment provider delays, banking restrictions, or technical failures outside ze999's control.
• Any gambling losses resulting from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ze999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ze999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity.
• Provision of inaccurate, false, or unverifiable KYC documentation.
• Dispute or chargeback initiated by the User against a deposit transaction without valid cause.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority.
• User request for account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to User request and there is no outstanding verification issue, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User via a supported withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users accessing ze999 from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant legislation.

ze999 does not represent that its services are lawful, available, or appropriate for use in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the User's own risk and is done without any endorsement or facilitation by ze999.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's specific dispute resolution procedure.

ze999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ze999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Users via email or an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of the ze999 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
